专利摘要:
Method of manufacturing a stick (1, 1') and a stick manufactured according to said method. The object of the present invention is to propose a method for the manufacture of a stick, which substantially shall have the same properties as a conventional wood stick. The method according to the invention is characterized in that a core (4.4') of polyurethane foam is formed, that the foam is caused to cure, that a plurality of holes (7, 7') are made in the blade portion (3, 3'), that at least one longitudinal groove (5.5') is made in the handle portion (2, 2'), that a reinforcement strip (8, 8') of glass-fibre reinforced polyester is placed in the groove (5, 5'), that a tape (9, 9') of woven glass fabric is wound about the core (4, 4'), that a hose (10.10') of woven glass fabric is threaded on the outside of the tape (9, 9'), and that a surface layer of polyester plastic is applied on the core (4, 4') with reinforcement.

专利说明:

This invention relates to a method of making a club, preferably for bandy (hockey with a ball) and hockey with a puck. The purpose of the invention is to improve the strength and properties of the club while ensuring individual selection in accordance with its weight distribution. FIG. shows a club for bandy, side view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. one; in fig. 4 hockey sticks; in fig. 5 is a sectional view BB in FIG. four; in fig. 6 is a cross-section of the FIG. 4. The club contains a handle 1, which passes into the blade part 2 (rounded for a bandy, fig. 1-3). The method of making a club consists in forming a core 3 consisting of a handle and a blade portion from a plastic material, for example, polyurethane foam, having a density of preferably 100-400 g / g with forming transverse holes 4 in the blade portion and at least
at least one longitudinal through groove 5 in the handle.
The formation of the core is carried out by introducing polyurethane foam into the mold, the density of the core being changed by the amount of polyurethane foam introduced into the mold.
After the foam solidifies, the mold is removed and the core is ready.
A longitudinal groove 5 is sawn in the core 3 so that it extends from the free end of the handle to the area of the blade portion in which a plurality of holes are drilled
In said groove 5, a reinforcing plate 6 of polyester reinforced with fiberglass, a so-called single bundle (roving), is placed. The plates are smaller than the width of the groove (Fig. 2), and the plate height is equal to the height of the groove 5. Next, the core is covered with reinforcing layers of reinforced plastic material. The inner layer is a spiral-shaped tape 7 of directional fiberglass, a so-called single bundle, which is wound around the core from the free end of the shoulder blade to the free end.
There are holes 4 in the blade part 2, as a result of which small rivets of polyester plastic are formed, which run perpendicular to the blade part and reinforce it.
Due to the fact that the thickness of the reinforcing plate 6 is less than the width of the groove 5, polyester plastic penetrates into the groove and surrounds the plate 6 on both sides.
Polyester plastic also penetrates into the sleeve 8 and impregnates the tape winding 7 all the way in the direction of the core 3.
After curing and removing the form, the club is evenly grants and varnishes.
In the manufacture of a bandy club, to which very high strength requirements are imposed, before the core 3 with the reinforcing elements is installed in a mold. Press it under pressure, on the sides with greater flatness of the handle outside the sleeve 8 are applied fiberglass tape 10 type (roving 50-50).

Claims (3)
[1]
As seen in FIG. 4 and 5, the hockey stick with a washer is provided with three reinforcing plates 6 of glass-reinforced polyester and with overlapping turns, which is large on the shoulder portion and the transition between the latter and the handle. At this manufacturing stage, the tape holds plate 6 in the groove. On top of the tape 7, the sleeve 8 is tensioned from diagonally woven fiberglass (rovnida 50-50), which is located all the way from the free end of the scapular portion to the free end of the handle. At this stage of manufacturing, the sleeve is intended to hold the tape 7 in place. On the contact surface of the club with ice, in addition, there is an additional reinforcing part 9 made of sheet laminate or Teflon. The core 3 with the reinforcing part 9, the reinforcing plate 6, the tape winding 7 and the sleeve 8 is placed in a mold for injection under pressure, into which polyester plastic is injected, which thereby forms around the core 3 a surface layer P (Fig. 2 and 3). Polyester plastic is also filled with fiber. This implies that three grooves 5 must be provided. After curing, a surface layer 11 of polyester plastic is formed, which preferably has a thickness of about 1.5 mm. If it is necessary to have a club with an exceptionally rigid handle, two additional reinforcing tapes 10 of roving (50-50) should be installed according to FIG. 5. The proposed manufacturing method makes it possible to manufacture, for example, bandy clubs and hockey sticks with the required weight distribution and strength properties. For example, you can change the density of the core, certain reinforcing elements, such as ribbons 10, to exclude, and also use reinforcing elements. elements with specific special properties. In addition, the number of reinforcing elements, such as plates 6, can be varied. This method is applicable to the production of clubs for sports other than bandy and ice hockey. Claim 1. Method for making a club, preferably for hockey with a puck, consisting in forming a DETAIL consisting of a handle and a shoulder part of a core of plastic material and covering the core with reinforcing layers of reinforced plastic material, characterized in that improving the strength properties of the club while ensuring individual selection in accordance with its weight distribution; the core is made of polyurethane foam with the formation of transverse holes in the shoulder portion and at least one longitudinal through groove in the handle, in which a plate made of glass fiber reinforced polyester is placed, and coating the core with reinforcing layers of reinforced plastic material is carried out by winding a tape of fiberglass on the core followed by pulling a sleeve over it glass fiber, after which polyester plastic is applied to the core with reinforcing layers and subjected to its hardening.
[2]
2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that a reinforcing layer of glass cloth is additionally applied to the handle over the sleeve before applying a layer of polyester plastic.
[3]
3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the tape is wound with overlapping turns larger on the shoulder portion and the transition section between the latter and the handle.
